Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to love your skincare products. If something isn’t right, here’s how we handle returns:

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days.

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • Returns are only accepted if the product is damaged, defective, lost in transit, or does not match what was ordered.

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used beauty products, unless the item is confirmed to be defective.


How to Request a Return

To request a return or report an issue, please contact us at info@k-beautyedit.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A clear description of the issue

  • Photos of the item and packaging (if applicable)

Returns must be approved before being sent back. Unauthorised returns may not be accepted.


Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to complete the transaction

Please note:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect
